General
Browse our vacancies page, open the job that matches your skill, then send us a short enquiry with your name, phone and trade. Our recruitment officer will call you back. Enquiring is free.
Application → shortlisting → trade test and employer interview → medical examination → visa and labour approval → pre-departure orientation → deployment. Most placements complete within 8–14 weeks depending on the destination country.
Only the service charge permitted under Nepal's Foreign Employment Act, plus actual documented costs such as medical and insurance. Every payment is made at our office against an official receipt. We never ask for money through agents or mobile wallets.
Documentation
At minimum: a passport valid for 18+ months, passport-size photographs, your citizenship certificate, academic or skill certificates, and previous experience letters if you have them. Medical reports and police clearance are arranged after selection.
Visa
Yes. Our documentation desk handles attestation, visa stamping, labour approval and ticketing for every selected candidate. You will be told at each stage exactly what is pending and what it costs.
Yes — pre-departure orientation training is mandatory under Nepali law before labour approval is issued. We run it in-house and there is no separate charge for our candidates.
Jobs
Every vacancy we publish is against a demand approved by the Department of Foreign Employment and attested by the Nepali embassy in the destination country. You can quote the lot or demand number and verify it with the DoFE directly.
Yes. Many of our demands accept freshers, particularly in security, hospitality, cleaning and general labour. Filter the vacancies page by category to see what is currently open.
Application
Typically 8 to 14 weeks from selection to departure. Gulf placements are usually quickest; Korea and European placements take longer because of language testing and permit quotas.
Foreign Employment
Contact your coordinator or our 24/7 helpline immediately. We take the matter up with the employer and, where the contract has been breached, with the Nepali embassy and the Department of Foreign Employment.
